Welcome to the Shuzimumin Connect Platform (the "Service" or "Platform"). This service is operated by the Shuzimumin Community Operator ("we", "operator", or "service provider") as an individual entity in Singapore, accessible at https://connect.shuzimumin.com. By using our service, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

This service is operated by an individual entity, not a corporate legal person. The operator assumes personal liability under Singapore law. Certain liability limitations in these terms may be subject to legal restrictions due to the individual entity nature.

You must not use this platform to send emails to distribution lists, newsgroups, or group mail aliases.
You must not falsely imply that you are affiliated with us or endorsed by us.
You must not create hyperlinks to images or other non-hypertext content on this platform from other web pages.
You must not remove any marks indicating proprietary ownership from materials downloaded from this platform.
You must not use frames or other techniques to <iframe> display any part of this platform on other websites.
You must not disable, avoid, or circumvent any security or access restrictions of this platform.
You must not strain this platform's infrastructure through unreasonable request volumes or requests designed to impose unreasonable loads on the platform's underlying information systems.
You must not impersonate others through this platform.
You must not encourage or assist anyone to violate these terms.
Content Standards#
You must not submit illegal, offensive, or harmful content to this platform. This includes content involving harassment, inappropriate, abusive, or hateful behavior.
You must not submit content to this platform that violates laws, infringes anyone's intellectual property, violates anyone's privacy, or breaches agreements you have with others.
You must not submit content containing malicious computer code (such as computer viruses or spyware) to this platform.
You must not submit placeholder content to this platform to reserve specific addresses, usernames, or other unique identifiers.
You must not use this platform to disclose information you have no right to disclose, such as others' confidential or personal information.
Enforcement#
We may investigate and prosecute violations of these terms to the fullest extent of the law. We may notify and cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute violations of law and these terms.
We reserve the right to change, edit, and delete content on this platform for any reason. If you believe someone has violated these terms when submitting content to this platform, pleasecontact us immediately.
Your Account#
You must create and log into an account to use certain features of this platform.
To create an account, you must provide some information about yourself. If you create an account, you agree to provide at least a valid email address and keep that address current. You can close your account at any time by sending an email to [email protected] .
You agree to be responsible for all actions performed using your account, whether or not authorized by you, until you close your account or notify us that your account has been compromised. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you agree to notify us immediately. You agree to choose a secure password for your account and keep it confidential.
Under applicable policies, or if we reasonably believe you have violated any rule in these terms, we may restrict, suspend, or close your account on this platform.
Your Content#
Nothing in these terms grants us any ownership of the intellectual property you share on this platform, such as your account information, posts, or other content you submit to this platform. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership of our intellectual property either.
Between you and us, you remain solely responsible for content you submit to this platform. You agree not to falsely imply that content you submit to this platform is sponsored by us or approved by us. These terms do not require us to store, maintain, or provide copies of content you submit under these terms, nor do they require us to make changes to it.
Content you submit to this platform belongs to you, and you can decide what permissions to grant to others. However, you must at least allow us to provide content you submit to this platform to other users of this platform. This special license allows us to copy, publish, and analyze content you submit to this platform.
When content you submit is removed from this platform, whether by you or by us, our special license terminates when the last copy disappears from our backups, caches, and other systems. Other licenses you apply to submitted content, such asCreative Commons licenses, may continue after your content is deleted. These licenses may grant others or us the right to share your content again through this platform.
Others who receive content you submit to this platform may violate the terms of your content license. You agree that we are not responsible to you for these violations or their consequences.
Your Responsibility#
You agree to indemnify us against legal claims by others due to your breach of these terms, or due to others using your account on this platform in breach of these terms. You and we both agree to notify each other promptly about any legal claims you may need to indemnify us for. If we fail to notify you promptly about a legal claim, you need not indemnify us for losses that you could have defended against or mitigated with timely notice. You agree to allow us to control investigation, defense, and resolution of legal claims you must indemnify us for, and to cooperate in those efforts. We agree not to agree to any settlement that admits fault on your behalf or imposes obligations on you without your prior consent.

Limitation of Liability#
Exclusion of Indirect DamagesTo the maximum extent permitted by law, whether under contract, tort, or other legal theory, we and our affiliates, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or other economic losses.
Liability CapTo the maximum extent permitted by law, regardless of the cause or under any theory of liability, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed: (a) the fees you actually paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event (if any); or (b) SGD 1,000. However, this limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury.
Important NoticeThe above limitations are only effective to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you reside in a jurisdiction that does not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain damages, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Individual Entity Special DeclarationSince this service is operated by an individual entity, the operator assumes personal liability rather than corporate limited liability. Under the Singapore legal framework, liability limitation clauses for individual entities may be subject to stricter legal scrutiny. The operator will limit liability to the maximum extent permitted by law, but may assume personal unlimited liability in certain circumstances.

You agree that we may freely act on the feedback and suggestions you provide, and we are not required to notify you that the relevant feedback has been used, nor do we need to obtain your permission to use it or pay you. Termination#
You or we may terminate the agreement described in these terms at any time. When our agreement terminates, your permission to use this platform ends.

争议#
新加坡共和国法律将管控与这些条款或您对本平台的使用有关的任何争议。我们之间的协议应适用新加坡共和国法律，不适用冲突法原则。
您和我们同意，因本条款引起或与本条款相关的所有争议，应优先通过友好协商解决。如协商不成，任何一方均可向新加坡高等法院提起诉讼。双方明确同意该法院的专属管辖权。
若争议金额超过新币50,000元，双方可协商选择由新加坡国际仲裁中心（SIAC）进行仲裁。仲裁将按照新加坡国际仲裁中心仲裁规则进行，仲裁地点为新加坡。仲裁裁决为终局裁决，对双方均有约束力。除涉及知识产权侵权或紧急禁令救济外，各方承诺通过仲裁解决争议，而非诉讼。
仲裁费用原则上由败诉方承担，但仲裁庭有权根据案件具体情况和各方过错程度决定费用分担。除非法律另有规定，各方自行承担各自的律师费用。仲裁裁决可依法向新加坡高等法院或其他有管辖权的法院申请执行。
个人实体诉讼提示：鉴于本服务由个人实体运营，在法律程序中，运营方将以个人名义参与诉讼或仲裁。这意味着任何法律判决或仲裁裁决将直接对运营方个人产生约束力和执行效力。用户在选择法律程序时应考虑这一特殊情况。
General Terms#
如果这些条款中的某项规定无法按书面规定执行，但可以通过修改使其可以执行，则应在必要的最低范围内修改该规定，使其可以执行。否则，应删除该规定。
您不得转让您与我们签订的协议。鉴于我们是个人实体运营，协议的转让需要满足以下条件：（1）我们可以在提前30天书面通知的情况下，将协议转让给接管本平台运营的其他个人或实体；（2）转让后的实体必须同意承担本协议下的所有义务；（3）转让不得实质性改变用户的权利或增加用户的义务。任何不符合上述条件的转让均不具有法律效力。
行使本协议项下的任何权利和对任何违反本协议的行为不予追究均不表示对违反本协议的任何其他行为不予追究。
这些条款包含了您与我们之间就您对本平台使用达成的所有协议条款。这些条款完全取代关于您的本平台使用的任何其他协议，无论是否为书面协议。
